Get what you pay for Not impressed, hotel was poorly maintained, rooms smelled like an ashtray, found hairs in the bed and multiple smoke detectors with low battery beeps. The staff was apologetic and tried to accommodate but not a great stay overall

Way low end hotel No room service, no maid service, no breakfast (unless you call oatmeal in a coffee cup breakfast). Smelled like a barrio, No ice machine, no public use computer. Staff slow to respond, had to ask a couple times for things.

Horrible customer service. Horrible customer service. There were not any utensils, plates or cups in the room. Will never, ever stay at an Extended Stay America again!

not a good place full of the smell of cooking by previous guests, dirty micro oven doors and inside, noisy air conditioning, reception didn't show up with shampoo and conditioner as promised. Wouldn't recommend nor come back.

It was such a step down in comfort. not a home Could have been a lot better with some attention across the board to this experience. Staff to accommodations. ... except for nice cleaning lady.

Old and average Old and average. the building is in a very old condition. But good option for a night stay; since it is located in a great place. You have Burlington mall and other important places around

Consider staying at Waltham or Woburn locations I stay at this brand for many biz trips & you know what to expect for price point. That said, locations in Waltham & Woburn much better condition & service in Burlington.
