Old Older hotel, no ice maker, large room but smells like old smoke. Staff excellent

A bit rundown When my daughter and I walked in it didn’t seem very welcoming. It was a tiny entrance with no where to even sit. When we got to the room it smelled like cologne. The room seemed clean but the blanket appeared old and pilly, while the comforter was old and thin. When flushing the toilet it took 2 flushes for the toilet paper to even go down, not to mention the toilet seat itself was yellowed (no longer white.). If we were staying more than a day we would’ve moved to a different hotel.

Disgusting hotel by the mall I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the mall, boy was that a big mistake. Supposedly it was a non smoking hotel but it reeked of smoke. The bathtub was dirty and had hair in the drain. The shower curtain was dirty and the walls had dirt streaks on them. Absolutely the worst!!!

Horrible Front Desk When I arrived the person of the front desk, Kim, looked up and asked "checking in?". I said yes but she continued to do what she was doing, writing some notes on a piece of paper. I waited for a few minute. The phone rang. She picked the phone and talked for a while then went back to writing her notes as if no one was there. After a few more minutes she finished writing then started my check in process. In ther morning start 4am the staff talk louder. The breakfast is only coffe and cake.
