will never book another Extended Stay America Hotel again
OUR BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL... The hotel was overbooked, overcrowded and now waiting to get a refund.. We were 8 people in 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds. Our kids slept on floor.
Hotel was not as expected Toilet and bath tub were dirty and had to be cleaned before use. There was a stench in in the hallway after getting off elevator. Hotel is very close to mall shopping, decent dining options, and movie theater.

Dirty Room was not clean at all
Filthy and in terrible repair The sprinkler in my ceiling leaked water onto the floor all night. There was somebody else's toothpaste spit in the sink. There was no soap. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were full of greasy crumbs. I could go on but you might feel sick.

Just a terrible experience! This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. As an Extended Stay, you are asked to let the front desk know what types of ammenties you will need (plates, cups, silverware, etc) for your stay, since they have a small cook top, fridge and microwave. I made my selection and, although I requested it 3 times during my first night there, I never received it. The only reason I did was because I went back for a 4th request. There was a murder in the hotel the week before I Facility was not clean. Elevators and halls
