Efficient and polite staff Clean Nice area

The room is very clean
The Lobby & Registration area was small and not very welcoming. The clerks were able to process our check-in okay but were not at all helpful with any questions or requests. The room had absolutely no amenities except for one small dish towel and two small hand towels in the bathroom. No soap in either room. It took ages to get two paper cups and a couple of spoons to take to our room and we gave up waiting for the garbage bags! The whole place could use a good scrub. Decent price but disappointing.

No hot water can't figure that one out 3 floors of room how could you not have hot water

No soap or shampoo, toilet ran all night foldout bed was dirty, floor hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Elevator smelled and was very dirty. I was not pleased with my stay.
