There's some big idiosyncrasies for this property. The first room we were put in, the heat didn't work. They moved us to another room. Minor bump. But it seems you need to ask for any sort of dishes for the kitchen and even then you only get a few. (2 forks) In order to get your linens changed you have to ask at the front desk but I was told you can't do that after 8:00 p.m. and you can't do that on weekends which we didnt learn until we tried to do that. Police monitor this location to try and keep to problem people out of this location. Staff stay on this problem and handle it quickly especially if they are druggies and cause disturbances.

The room is very clean
The only thing I enjoyed about my stay was the location. Unfortunately, the other areas need a lot of attention. No ice available, it advertised breakfast and it wasn't available. There is a funky smell since you enter the lobby. In the room things seemed okay until I saw it was lacking cleaning. I will not be back!
