This hotel is past its prime The soda machine did not work until it reset itself. The supposed breakfast was: instant oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, burry muffins and a single thermos of coffee The tub in the bathroom had a sticky control between shower and bath - hard to manipulate The towels in the bathroom were small The left hand drawer in the bureau was stuck so I could not open it There are no kitchen utensils, not even a coffee maker when first checked in When I asked for a coffee maker, the one I got was broken One of the... read more

This facility is past its prime For an extended stay with a kitchenette, there was no kitchenware supplied. Not even a coffee maker. I asked for the coffee maker. It was broken. Towels were skimpy. The supposed breakfast was instant oatmeal, nutrigrain bars and burry muffins. With coffee - a single dispenser. Soda machine did not work until it magically did a software reboot. Elevator out of service.

Room was dirty! Bathtub stained with what looked like blood but with a closer look was just scraped off with red rust. Stains on carpet and outlets had broken plates. Left at around 1am because couldn’t stand to stay there.

Checked into our room with my two young children, walked in and a man was eating in our room in bed…. The room was full of roaches and smelled terrible of mold. I will be contacting for a refund… I was turned away at the desk this morning as the front desk staff did not want other guests to hear my complaints. Completely disgusted
