Homestead studio suites lodging Conveniently located. Not the best value for the money. It took the staff over an hour to check me in. A combination of a unprepared personnel and poor IT skills, made check-in almost impossible, as they had to manually check rooms for availability. Keys provided did not work the first 2 times; this seemed to be a common issue for all guests that day. Room and bathroom had been poorly cleaned.

Don't stay here The room was very dirty...dusty...hand prints all over the window... bottle under the bed... cracked lamp shade... Our keys did not work the whole time we were there, they were unable to fix them. We booked the room based on the location which was fine.

Worst ever I have to express my total dissatisfaction with our stay at Homestead Suite In Marlboro Mass. Awaken by a call from my daughter (the third adult), stating there she had been knocking on the door and ring the bell for over an hour but there was no one at the desk, had to go open the door. At this time the baby was also awaken and could not get back to sleep, so my daughter toke him outside and brought him for a ride in the car (this usually gets him to sleep). Never again! We have had multiple less than acceptable experiences with this hotel but the last one is by far at the top of this list. We do events down the street at the NESC and out of necessitie have had to get rooms for our employees at the last minute. This has left us with the homestead being the only one close enough to drive and after this experience we will make the 20-30 min. Drive from a better hotel. Needs a good cleaning Bathroom dirty. Room smelled of food odor. Kitchen coffee maker and utensils not cleaned. Pillows lumpy.

Less of a "Hotel"... More of a "Flophouse" Although I often stay in "Extended Stay" hotels, I've never met one where daily room service (including, at a minimum, making the bed and taking out the trash) is an upcharge... it is at the Homestead Boston Marlborough. The bed was about as comfortable as a marble slab. The walls picked up unwanted sounds from both other rooms and the outside world. Homestead Boston Marlborough The price and the accommodations were fine. There were two issues: 1. The distance from my desired location was advertised as 23 miles. It turned out to be 33 miles! 2. We reserved a non-smoking room. It turned out to smell heavily of cigarettes (or perhaps something else equally bad).

Could use some cleaning and updating Rooms were pretty worn out. Ripped furniture, chipped and stained counters and disgusting carpets were there. No frills. There were no ironing boards (could have used it) and no toiletriess. Pretty cheap rate though and the staff was very friendly.
