The WORST ESA I have ever stayed I am a travelling consultant and every state I go, I make sure that I stay in a ESA, so as I did here as well. But this my EVER WORST experience. 1. I was allocated a room, as I opened the room, it was stinking, and I noticed they didn't even bother to clean anything, including the trash which the previous person has left. 2. Terrible! I can't stress enough how bad this hotel is. The room was dirty, the showe curtain had mold. They only clean the room every eight days. During the last hour of my stay, management called and knocked at my door repeatedly to ask if I was checking out at 11. I had to remond them that I had one hour left, several times. The irony is that the more they insisted, the more they delayed me. Avoid at all costs. I had to stay here because all the other options were booked.

Below Average Stay Room was not very clean and the hotel was very dated. I was not impressed by this hotel. However, the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Ask before you stay!!! I understand that Hotels must have times for reconstruction, however, it was a nightmare. I was in the room for two days only and had to vacate. The smell of smoke and PVC glue was so horrible on my floor that I had a headache the entire trip. I believe the construction crew was either staying on the same floor as myself OR was working on that floor, as the noise was constant and doors slamming, whistling to each other and moving equipment up and down the hall was non stop. Cleanliness lacking... The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned for some time...awful. The hotel was undergoing renovations at time so it was loud, and obvious contruction debris and machinery made the stay uncomfortable, and the fact the hotel was under renovation was not disclosed on the website.

Definently not the 2nd or 3rd option on my list I was very unhappy with the hotel everysingle day. I wish that the could seperate the smokers from the non smokers bc this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed so far in my life. I dont know how hard it would be to put the smokers on the 3rd floor and keep all the non smokers on the 1st. I hated going to my room and knowing the moment i got out of the elevator it was going to smell like smoke and they said my room was a smoke free room. Fine for the cost Just for sleeping. No problem. We came in late Sat. night & left the following morning. We didn't require anything special.
