Quite a long way out...." It was quite a long way out from Boston, and we had to set off very to make our appointments.....disappointed to have been given a room that clearly had had smoking guests staying in it previous to us as the odor was still very apparent, but as the hotel was full, and there were conventions on in the city we reluctantly decided to stay. having arrived at 4 we were directed to. Dirty and Smelly I was extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. There was a horrible odor throughout the hotel, especially on the first floor. I was on the third floor and the odor was slightly more tolerable but the room was filthy! There was built up greasy grime on the hood of the cooktop. When I checked behind the nightstand for an outlet for my phone, it looked as if that part of the room hadn't been vaccuumed in years! On further inspection, the bed linens did not even smell fresh. It's okay - somewhere clean on the way There was construction being done on the hotel so that was a not so great thing in the middle of the night trying to figure out how to get in. We were driving through Mass and needed somewhere to stay. It's nice that it has a little kitchen, but it was no frills. Nothing other than two little soaps (which is fine, but it is what it is). Sheets and cover are stratchy and not fancy, but I wouldn't expect more. If you just need somewhere to crash, it's fine.

SMELLS HORRIBLE THE HOTEL WAS OBVIOUSLY UNDER RENOVATION, BUT OUR ROOM WAS DISCUSTING! IT REAKED OF CIGARETTS. WE WERE GIVEN AN ODOR SPRAY BUT IT DIDN'T HELP AT ALL. I WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WITH CIGARETTE TASET IN MY MOUTH. MY SON AND I SMELT LIKE CIGARETTS THE NEXT MORNING. MY SONS FATHER COULDN'T EVEN STAND IT AND HE SMOKES!!! WE HAD TO EAT OUT TO AVOID THE SMELL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND THEN CHECK OUT EARLY IN THE MORNING BECAUSE WE COULDN'T HANG OUT THERE UNTIL CHECK OUT TIME. won't stay again The first room they gave us needed to be exchanged because the air conditioning did not work. The next room had the worst mattress we have ever slept on in a hotel. We had no housekeeping without extra charges because we weren't staying seven days. We wont be staying at this line of hotels again.

extremely rude.. Room wasn't the worst in the world, but was lacking any basic items - i.e. shampoo, conditioner, napkins, etc. The hotel was being painted on the outside, but the carpets inside were filthy and the entire place stunk of smoke. On top of that, while we were getting ready for the day, an EXTREMELY rude service woman banged on our door at 10:55a.m. telling us that check out time was at 11am and we should start gathering our things to leave.
