Excellent stay. A truly pet friendly hotel! Super hotel staff, friendly and helpful. Excellent location adjacent to I-495. Easy in, easy out and easy to find!

Stella Snow Storm I was in town for training. A rare snow storm named Stella hit the northeast. The staff was great and helpful. The hotel is old looking and need some updating. Plenty of space in the room. Every thing was clean. Good location. Not sure if I would stay there again, I would have like to have a large lobby , just so I could get out of the room during bad weather.

Mehhhhh It was just alright. There was broken glass in the hallways. Hair in my sheets. An ice storm that never got shoveled out and made the sidewalks and parking lot dangerous. The people staying above me were clearly renovating their room all night. When the noise was mentioned I was told sorry, can't do anything.

Stayed two nights,slept well in a clean room. Convenient to highway, reastarants,shopping and close to Worcester for business. I will be back.

Just average Room was very average. Nothing fancy. I will not use this hotel again because they allow smoking in some of the rooms that are on the same floor so the hallway reeks of smoke. The bathroom sink didn't drain very well. I only stayed for one night but wouldn't recommend it to anyone because of the smoking issue especially when I don't smoke and don't enjoy smelling cigarette smoke wherever I stay.
