Boston The nicest Extended Stay I've seen.

Clean room. Missed the little extras. Shampoo, etc Price was good Close to stores Staff was helpful Would stay again

Strange that mattresses do not have pads on them? The hot water could be adjusted back at water heaters to save energy and money could almost be scald issue. Good service.

It's fine Check in and out took forever. I have no idea what they were doing on the computer but there was a lot of standing around waiting for the guy to finish typing. Then he "went off to see if the room was ready" (we were there early so that's not too surprising) and the room was so off we went. We got to the room, opened the door and was hit with a big whiff of cigarette smoke! In a non-smoking room. Good Value for the Money Extended Stay America in Marlboro, MA was a good value for my money. Especially useful was the full refrigerator/freezer to stock with sodas, salad, and leftover food. The room was clean and comfortable. I asked for a quiet one and was given at the end of the hall away from the elevators. It is near a major chain grocery store and a variety of restaurants. I would stay here or at an ESA hotel again in the future.

Slow (make that extremely slow) check-in (40 min f Hotel was OK. The reason I will not stay there again was how long it took to check in. 4 of us arrived at about 11pm and there was one person in front of us and not a soul to be found working the front desk. After 10 minutes of waiting we called the front desk and a staff member arrived shortly thereafter. A Convenient Stop A friend and I were driving through Mass on our way to NH. We stopped by just for the night. The stewards of the hotel were nice and the room was physically clean. It smelled like cigarettes even though it was listed as a non smoking room. Actually, the entire hotel smelled like them. Other than that, no complaints. They serve a light free breakfast (grab and go) in the morning for those interested.

ok stay It was not a great value for money but was OK types. I felt the front desk person was kind of rude to me. Cleanliness of hotel was OK. The shopping area, restaurants and fast food shops are all nearby.
