Beds were rock hard The beds were rockhard after a long trip I could not sleep. It had a kitchen but zero kitchen items like spoons cups coffee maker. I had to ask for those things the next day which was inconvenient. We requested and were given a non-smoking room yet everything smelled like cigarettes on that floor

Not a happy camper.... At 11 p.m. I was about to go to bed and used the toilet. Flushed and the toilet exploded and overflowed. Had to be changed to another room at this time. VERY INCONVENIENT! Was not compensated for this major inconvenience in any way.

nice hotel w/ GREAT location We needed a room w/ only 1 week notice for a soccer event in Lancaster. This hotel is only 20 minutes from the fields, right off major highways & directly located near all major everyday needs (grocery, banking, gas, restaurants etc.) Rooms were clean, big refrigeration unit, stove, kitchen sink, bar/table, microwave, great AC, quiet & a good breakfast. Will come back often since we'll be down there every week.

It was a clean and nice hotel but very simple. There was one bathroom garbage in our room, a bar of soap and not one extra imenity. It was good for the one night but if you plan on spending more than that there was nothing special about it. The rooms were very clean but the whole hotel was nothing but hallways.

Greater Boston without the Greater Boston prices Worth the drive to save significantly over closer in properties. Clean, quiet and in decent shape.

Gutes Hotel in toller Lage nahe Shops Geräümiges Zimmer mit eingebauter Küche und Kühlschrank. Frühstück ist nur Kaffe und Riegel. Kein Frühstückszimmer. Zimmerservice nur auf Anfrage und gegen Aufpreis.

awesome reunion! First, the assistant manager was so cheerful and willing to accommodate my request to check in early. Second, the room was spacious and spotless. Third, the same asst manager that checked me in saw me later and asked if everything was ok. I was impressed with every part of my experience! The only thing I was missing was a coffee maker, but after reading the hotel info I realized I needed to ask at check in. Grocery stores, restaurants, and highway access very close by!
