People were friendly and the coffee was great
The staff was great. Very helpful and kind, and did their jobs. The building itself was probably as clean as it could be with regular housekeeping. This building could definitely stand to be updated though. The carpet and furniture in my room looked very old and very used. the couch had visible stains. While someone had definitely done between visitors, deep cleaning and updating is surely something to be worked on.
