Upon arrival the room was not very clean. Other persons hair was all over the tub and floor. Food on the floor. The phone did not work not even to the front desk!

We had booked a suite based on the picture shown on their website. For $140 per day, the room was much different, smaller, bathroom and toilet seat stained. Continental breakfast was not served when told at the time it would be.

Filthy It was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Gross. Noisy too.

No breakfast despite saying they do. Grab-n-go, is NOT breakfast. Terrible. AC was loud. Room worn.

For a non-smoking room, our room smelled like a dirty ashtray. While the room looks fresh, I think the cigarette smell just lingers through the ventilation.

Sheets were dirty upon check in. Breakfast was anemic. Won't be back

When we checked in. Someone else had already used our room. The staff claimed we had checked in already. We definitely didn't just drive 4 hours to stay over night in a room we were already check into. The clerk didn't speak English very well. But we understood that when he handed us fresh linens and towels that it was up to us to turn over the room. Please hire better staff!!!!
