This is great for a night it two. I did not like the over powering smell of carpet cleaner in the hallway tho.
Trip to Salem, Ma. Front desk staff was fantastic! Check in/out was easy and we were given great info upon arrival. They were helpful when we requested assistance. Room was clean, it was awesome having a refrigerator for our personal needs (and if staying longer a full kitchen would have been great for us). AC was kind of loud - moreso than a normal unit would be, but it didn't bother us in any real way. Extended Stay The facility is pet friendly. With that being said, our first room had dog feces on the floor in several spots and smelled strongly of amonia. So we were given another room. This room while no odor of pet or otherwise issue, was a basic room. We weren't in the room long enough to sleep and were gone each day until dark. Linoleum floors and basic amenities.

I expected maid services at least once or twice. No clean bed linens for foldout bed. No fresh towels or trash removed.

The hotel needs to invest in new beds and definitely new pillows. The pillows was so old and flat and the bed was so uncomfortable. I am 5ft 9 and I slept on the love seat. I did not use the pull out on couch due to the old mattress that looked yucky.Also there is a hole in the hallway floor 3rd floor and it is between rooms 316 and 314 that you could sprain an ankle when you hit it not good. Overall the room was clean. And it was okay.
