Extended Stay The facility is pet friendly. With that being said, our first room had dog feces on the floor in several spots and smelled strongly of amonia. So we were given another room. This room while no odor of pet or otherwise issue, was a basic room. We weren't in the room long enough to sleep and were gone each day until dark. Linoleum floors and basic amenities.

I expected maid services at least once or twice. No clean bed linens for foldout bed. No fresh towels or trash removed.

The hotel needs to invest in new beds and definitely new pillows. The pillows was so old and flat and the bed was so uncomfortable. I am 5ft 9 and I slept on the love seat. I did not use the pull out on couch due to the old mattress that looked yucky.Also there is a hole in the hallway floor 3rd floor and it is between rooms 316 and 314 that you could sprain an ankle when you hit it not good. Overall the room was clean. And it was okay.

Not the type of place I'd usually stay, its set up for long-term guests, and would be very comfortable for that type of guest. So, no coffeemaker, but stove, full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Staff was friendly and accommodating, even switched our room at our request. Breakfast could be better, but we were headed out early anyway

Room was not clean/comfortable couch and rug had deep stains, gross Pull out couch matress unacceptable
