The heater was leaking all over the entire room had to use the towels provided for ourself for the water.

Worked well for what we needed it for—our Salem trip. Staff could have been much more responsive and helpful. They only gave us one pillow when we asked for more.

Clean but not hospitable The room was clean. I did not like that online it says your stay includes breakfast but it does not. I had to ask for cups and plates I needed as well. The front desk staff in the evening seemed like I was bothering him when I asked for things I needed.

I was expecting my room to have a sanitized notice on the door when I went in, there wasn’t. The room was tidy but needed a thorough vacuum.
