Not again ever Genetal manager is the rudest person I have ever mrt in business. Dee and all othet employees r the best. Employees are very hard working . We loved them but the general manager is very unprofessional.

Very Unhappy with my experience I was very taken aback when I could not just walk into the lobby to check-in. I found it very inconvenient that I actually had to call the desk to be buzzed in. Also, no button to press for the door to automatically open so I could easily bring the luggage cart in and out the doors. Clerk that checked me in I found to be quite rude. Also, for an extended stay hotel to not provide a coffee maker or a toaster in the room is very inconvenient. I was informed they have coffee makers for purchase. ... read more

Decent for the price The guy at the desk was super friendly and helpful, but there were a bunch of shady characters staying at the hotel. One guy called my room phone to make conversation, I think he was trying to sell me drugs.

walked into room and floor was dirty, crumbs and dirt. very dusty. the worse part was bed bugs@ freaked me out. the desk clerk was great, moved us, took photos ECT. said manager would call us next day and refund us, never heard from him and never received a refund.

Looks are deceiving Very noisy very thin walls Slamming doors all night long could smell smoke in the room from other rooms . Looks like a nice place looks are deceiving

Brand new hotel. But the amenities suck Woodspring is like a extended stay. You pay for the room and do all the work. No cleaning service for the rooms. And you have to bring your towels down to the front desk to get new ones. Would never stay there again
