First, we were charged upon arrival (Expedia had already collected payment but the hotel said they never received it) so I was charged for my stay twice. The hotel has avoided refunding me even after a representative from Expedia spoke with them. We then were given a key to our room, which was occupied. We got a different room, which was filthy and the shower was broken. So finally we got a third room, which was a little less disgusting than the previous one. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Did not that hotel did not offer anything beside coffe and rude front desk. 90% of the time nobody was at the front desk. They were to busy smoking. Once 1059am hit on dot on checkout date staff knocks on the door to get out and room keys no longer work.

I was there for medical reasons for my husband he was supposed to take medication to go do some tests nuclear medication did not get my wake-up call room was very smelly and service was very bad not happy at all

I was told if I check out early I would not be charged for the whole week so when I checked out on Monday night I was disappointed when they did not complete a partial credit. The staff told me it would occur in a couple of days which did not happen. Deceptive practices!!!

This hotel gave away our room and left us stranded in the middle of the night. Made no effort to find another hotel. Manager hung up on me. Expedia tried to help, but hotel staff were equally rude to them. Never experienced anything like this.
