The manager for this location is extremely unprofessional. She overbooked the hotel, sent us off to a much more expensive location and placed her member number on our reservation at the new location. Completely unethical. I would not recommend this location strictly per the staff's behavior.

Somewhat of a bad experience So i had a couple issues that Id like to bring to attention, so I arrive pretty late to the hotel, like probably 12-1 AM. So i get checked in and they give me a room, i go to the room and open the door and there is a half naked woman and her husband, i immediately apologize and go back down stairs and ask thw front desk what the heck is going on and it takes them another 15-20 minutes to find another room. Arrived there exhausted after being at a work event in Boston to check-in to my pre-paid room and was told they didn't have any rooms available. Had to drive all the way to Worcester to stay somewhere that was reasonably priced. This was at 12am.

Hotel never processed my reservation from Expedia. I had to find another hotel at 10PM at night. Front desk was incredibly rude. Told me it was Expedia’s problem.

Do better... plz Stay would have been amazing, if the staff would have been nicer. The staff was completely unprofessional and rude. Requested Iron and Ironing board , was told they don't have one in the building. I corrected the staff person stating I saw the earlier receptionist give a iron and ironing board out. The staff person walked away without even saying excuse me and returned with an ironing board. I asked where the iron was he said he didn't have one.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, everything was awful. The property smelled good, that was the only good thing about the hotel.
