Poorly maintained Hotel & Service Been pushed to a far corner where lot of TV monitors, broken eqipment lying down on the floor even infront of my room. Bath area is disgusting rotten smell and caroet smell, broken room handles. Never even think of Fitness room so called

Contact High My reservation was not what I had booked through hotels.com. I booked a double queen room and only got a single queen. No one at the desk was able to help me. Not even hotels.com helped out. The hotel also smelled of marijuana for most of the 6 days my 6 month old daughter and I stayed at the hotel. I specifically booked a smoke free hotel for us. New but you get nothing We took the chance for our vacation because it was new. It really is more like an apartment building than hotel. No housekeeping period during our stay. We could ask for new sheets at desk but no towels unless we paid for them. There is an on site laundry but during our stay they raised the prices on machines. Our next trip north we will be paying the extra and go elsewhere

Not what you think There was no housekeeping I stayed almost three weeks and they cleaned room twice the week I was leaving. Tolls me I had to take my own garbage out.

m first two weeks there i had no room service. i complained twice about it i took out by own gargage. was told twice i would have housekeeping ... getting it two days before i leave a three week stay

Bed bugs ruined my stay The room was fine and comfortable. I woke up with bug bite. I suspect beg bugs. was woken up around 2 AM by two women screaming at each other in the parking lot. We went on for a significant amount of time. I will not be coming back

Terrible. Staff was rude and unhelpful, hotel smelled like a hospice rest home, rooms are small and sorta cramped. They charge for clean towels. Vending machines dont spit out quarters. Just dollar coins and nickles. Washing machine and dryers are stupid expensive.

We do apologize if any of the staff were rude and unhelpful. We are constantly deodorizing the hallway carpets and floors to keep the hotel smelling as fresh as possible. We gladly exchange the dollar coins at the front desk.
