The room was nice, however the walls are thin. You are able to hear every guest above, below and beside you. If thumping and bumping doesn't bother you, then you're good to go!

Advertised as 7 miles from airport but much further. Queen bed borderline. 2 towels were small. Doors locked in common areas were frustrating , meager supplies in room, I.e. one small soap bar. Curtains short and cheap allowing too much light in at night. Clean but felt cheap. No restaurant options and difficult to walk to any nearby. Staff Few, but pleasant, 2 star

Terrible location, felt unsafe for my daughther and I. The room had an awful odor that wouldn't go away We were scheduled to stay 2 nights but didn't stay the second night. All info I was given for my room, wifi instructions etc. was in Spanish--I double checked and I was in America where English is our native tongue, don't mind having both, but no English at all! Would never recommend this hotel!

Not worth the money. The area the hotel is located in doesn’t seem safe and is somewhat depressing and ghetto. A lot of the people staying in the hotel were somewhat sketchy, loud and ill-mannered. My bathroom vent was always emitting the strong scent of cigarette smoke and, sometimes, marijuana. The ac was always making a very loud whirring sound but I always had to have it on because the room would often get hot and stuffy and smell somewhat musty. The hotel had a terrible smell, like rancid oil. When we talked to the desk about it their response was an apathetic we know, we'll try to do something about it tomorrow. It seemed to be just on the level we were at. The room faced the street and the noise made it hard to sleep. There were a half dozen or so young men in the parking lot drinking beer (4 cases) one evening. Wouldn't stay here for 1/4 the price.

I had a reservation for 20 days. When I checked in I said my stay might be longer or shorter. This hotel charges you entire reservation stay on day one. When I finished the job I was working on early I was told this hotel does not refund if you check out early. I was stuck for over $1,000 for days I did not stay at this hotel. DON"T STAY HERE! We arrived at the hotel at 11:15pm to find the doors locked and a phone to call for customer service. The front desk was shuttered and it took 15 min of waiting on the line to reach a real human who said someone would be down to take care of us. When the front desk lady came she told us that although we had a reservation for 2 Queen beds (for 3 of us) they actually only had rooms with single beds! The guest staying directly above me was VERY noisy. After complaining it took several days to rectify the problem. My room was NEVER cleaned by a chamber maid.. . I had enough towels for two days I had to bring the used ones every 2 days. The gym had only 4 machines in it. The selection of channels on the tv was poor i.e. No local sports channel. No PBS channels.
