A bad experience The hotel overbooked and didn’t have my reservation, and they were not apologetic or helpful. So, after getting in at midnight after a full day of flights, I was left to find a new hotel. This was a terrible experience and their customer service was sorely lacking.

RUN AWAY. This place is awful. The room smelled like animals. The staff was extremely unpleasant. The walls are so thin you can hear every guest moving around or talking.

Clean but very basic. No breakfast and no amenities outside. Wifi is limited.

Much lower than expectations, dirty floor, less than average service, isn't worth the price at all

In the 3 days I was there they didn’t clean my room not even once ! They didn’t switch out my towels ! I had to come tired from work n go to front desk n switch them out. My room smelled horrible like pure cigarettes

Don't let the good ratings fool you! The only thing nice about this hotel is it was recently built so everything is still new. The location is terrible, it takes at least five minutes to pull out of the driveway due to constant traffic. It's also easy to miss the entrance when pulling in and if you do it takes 10 minutes to get back to it because it's on a one way highway and you have to drive several miles to return.
