The gentleman who checked us on the evening of 10/27 was kind and courteous. The staff on day shift the rest of the week and weekend was less then helpful.

Lobby desk always seemed either closed or understaffed. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel itself is very nice. When we walked into our room you could tell it seemed dirty. There was dirt/ dust bunnies all over the floor. There was hair all over. In the bathroom there was where someone shaved and rubbed it onto the walls. There was a little kitchen area with a stove top, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and sink. There was only a pot lid and spaghetti strainer for cooking, so there was no way to cook even though they had the set up. I just wish it was clean. It was almost filthy.
