I have stayed here prior to this stay but it has not been this bad before. I reserved a non-smoking room but was given a room that smelt like someone had been hot boxing in the room for months, very strong cigarette smell. Once you get off the elevator you get hit with the smell of cigarettes. Being in the room for just 2 hours made all my belonging pick up the unfortunate stench. Only stay if NECESSARY Rooms are nice but the hotel residents are a hot mess. People screaming and crying in their rooms it's like an upscale crack house. Garbage is left outside of people's rooms like it's the streets of New York.
