Basic extended stay chain. Reception staff are excellent. Hot water in shower was not constant. Can hear TVs and guest moving in adjacent/above rooms. (Was mentioned on website).

The only reason I gave this hotel a "good" rating is because of it's entry & exit location is on the freeway. This might be a Boston thing, but trying to slow down to enter the driveway when there are cars going on your tail driving fast because it's a freeway. Same thing when exiting, you can be waiting a long time to get on the freeway. Otherwise, the hotel is new, very clean and a good choice for business travel or temporary transition stays.

Although I could not connect to the wifi after calling the technical services and following instructions, my overall experience was excellent!

Nothing special Very basic one room suite. Our room smelled like very strong perfume, maybe they were trying to cover up an odor left by someone else...Only enough dishes for 2 and the pot and pan were tiny so it was hard to cook an actual meal in the room. No dish cloth, dish soap, toaster, coffee maker, or sharp knives. I had to ask for extra wash cloths so I could hand wash some dishes and they hesitated and said I could only have 2.
