Great value, on a budget My wife and I booked two rooms in this hotel, along with a couple friends. We used this as our base for driving in and out of Boston, Salem and the surrounding area on a week long vacation. We found it to be a great value for what we required out of a room (we were just sleeping and showering there, so it didn't need to be the Hilton). The staff were sparse, but friendly. We were a little worried at first when we received a call a few hours before our arrival that we did not have our original room reservation. But, when we got there they put us into a better room and were very apologetic and made every accommodation to better our stay.Thank you to the staff at WoodSpring Spring Suites Boston.

Boston College Orientation Trip Need to take care of residual pet odor. Also, inform prospective guest about policy of no maid service if staying less than seven days.

Hotel & grounds are well maintained Staff was very friendly & helpful. Our stay was enjoyable & the room was comfortable. We had a really good view of the surrounding area.

No one on the premises from 11p.m. until 7a.m. There were lots of sketchy people hanging around the hotel outside at night, drinking, smoking pot. Wouldn't recommend to families at all.

Clean, safe, convenient We stayed for five nights on a sight-seeing trip heading into Boston on the T most days. This hotel was convenient, seemingly just had a make-over with fresh paint and newer appearing carpets and floors. The building requires key cars to access the interior of the hotel and rooms within the hotel, which made it appear to be safe and well organized. We liked it here.
