Parking lot area did not feel safe. Several different folks hanging around outside the building at different times. There was no dining. Coffee in the lobby and instant oatmeal to take away.

Strong odor of marijuana and cigarettes in hallways and room. Surprised by this as it says hotel is nonsmoking.

Best staff ever!!! Amazing staff! Feels like going home every time. Staff member Jose will greets with a welcome home and just makes you feel safe.

Normal stay Stay was fine.
The counter was not clean and I had to wipe off coffee. There was no way to get ice or even glass in room. The cabinets are showing lots of wear.

Had family emergency, asked for 45 minute later check-out. It was denied outright. Sadly, that is the impression with which I left this ESA; other than that major inconvenience, had a good stay.
