Staff was extremely rude. Wouldn’t let me check in early.wouldn’t answer any questions. Turned their back on me and continued to conversat between themselves.
No breakfast
Unsafe and dirty Lots of smoking, vaping and MJ in the hotel. Very dirty and my family felt very unsafe here. So unsafe, that we left after 20 minutes.
Was told there was a tub….. but they don’t allow you to have the stopper to use the tub
The worst check in experience of my life. The lady working at the front desk kept talking about how immigrants have taken over this country and how she fully supports a certain presidential candidate because they will definitely clean up this country and that the hotel was full of homeless illegal immigrants supported by the government. Average property.
Room was clean. Check-in experience was negative. We were not told until arrival that the hotel was cashless. We were not told at check in order to get clean towels for the room we had to turn in the soiled ones before 8:30 am to pick up clean ones later, we found out when we inquired about clean towels when we returned in the evening. Ther was no ice machine at all on the facilities. Lavbo, évier et bain bouchés, salle de bain sale, plancher très sale et collant, oreillers jaunes. Odeurs désagréables dans l'hôtel et l'employé à l'acceuil avait un attitude très désagréable. Etc !............ mettrai plus jamais les pieds là.
