Overall a terrible experience and deserving of a full refund. Family of 5 traveling through area, made reservations months in advance for two rooms. Upon arrival were told our reservation was for one room. Then had to pay an additional fee of $16 per room for what was unclear. Desk clerk did not know fee specifics. Room 211 was unclean - door to AC controls fell off, sink had no stopper and backed up, there was a used bar of soap with hair left in the bathroom, the door was difficult it to open, carpet was stained, paint pat... read more

Dirty rug, dirty ceiling, 2 Cockroaches, sink in the bathroom was clogged. I had to go get the utensils and kitchen things even though it is suppose to be in my room. Front desk person never smiled and said nothing when told about the cockroaches, just took notes.

The room smells, the towels were old and some dirty. There is constant noise in the room above. The refrigerator in the room kept chipping in and out. The AC kept coming on and off every 15 or so minutes so and the noise from the fridge and AC made sleeping impossible. My stay was terrible .
