Room was clean. Check-in experience was negative. We were not told until arrival that the hotel was cashless. We were not told at check in order to get clean towels for the room we had to turn in the soiled ones before 8:30 am to pick up clean ones later, we found out when we inquired about clean towels when we returned in the evening. Overall a terrible experience and deserving of a full refund. Family of 5 traveling through area, made reservations months in advance for two rooms. Upon arrival were told our reservation was for one room. Then had to pay an additional fee of $16 per room for what was unclear. Desk clerk did not know fee specifics. Dirty rug, dirty ceiling, 2 Cockroaches, sink in the bathroom was clogged. I had to go get the utensils and kitchen things even though it is suppose to be in my room. Front desk person never smiled and said nothing when told about the cockroaches, just took notes.
