Not Again Good location room carpet must haven been clean was wet and smelled for 2days air did not work well shady place would not go there again.

bedding had cigarette burns, YUCK if it wasn't so late when we check in or hadn't have booked through Expedia, would have turn around and left the hotel. I had selected a pool which it didn't have. Breakfast was breakfast bars and juice. Did not feel safe there either.

Never Again Had to wait for someone to open the lobby door and it was 12:00AM. The quality of service was poor due to the night person on duty did not want to honor the reservation. No coffee for the room coffee maker. The room smelled like smoke and mildew. I just washed my hair in the morning and I left. This was a very bad experience and will not book with them again.

Not worth the money There were no shampoo or samples in the room, for the price it was less appealing for what u got. Breakfast was the size of a push cart. Smelled of smoke.

good size room The hotel was located a few miles from the area where we went to a concert.there were some minor issues with the elevator and our room was on the third floor but other than that the room was good

Worst Hotel experience of my life. Room smells like someone vommited and they had the AC running at 60 degrees with the stove fan running when I arrived, and it was only 50 degress outside. The phone did not work, they did not have any hangers. I mentioned to the front desk and they said they didn't know about it. I asked for another room for 3 consecutive days but they did not try to move me at all. I would not recommend this location and I will never stay here again.

Never again The room was unlocked when we arrived, the nonsmoking room reeked of smoke, and the bed spread was disgusting! We left immediately.

Extendedstay-Tewksbury The aroma of cigarettes permeated the corridor of the 3rd floor, there was evidence of recent smoking in our non-smoking room!

Adequate - no amenities Inexpensive room (considering the location from Boston). I was looking for a nice room while picking up clients from Logan airport. Proximity is 22 miles from Boston. It meets the task, but no shampoo, cap nor were creams provided. Towels were smaller (36" not the typical 42" length) and a bit rough on the skin. Room was on the 2nd floor, and did have an odor of cigarette smoke. Found out at checkout that the 3rd floor is the smoking floor.
