Not good!!! When we got there they was no room available even though we made reservations two months ago. I had 3 kids with me & after complaining they gave us smoking room & air bed, is this joke. My younger son couldn't take the smell of the smoke. So we slept in our car. I can't believe we had to go threw this. No one should go threw this especially you already paid for ur room. Unhappy with the whole experience. Bad hotel to stay in.
Don't take your shoes off! The hotel was overbooked, so even though we paid ahead on Expedia for a non-smoking double to accommodate two adults and two teenagers, when we checked in we were told we were getting a queen room with an air mattress. Since that was unacceptable, we were allowed to tour the available smoking doubles and pick our room by sniff-test. The room we picked got smokier smelling as the first evening wore on. One word: Gross. This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I usually don't do reviews, but this was just not ok -- food bits left on the floor under the sink becuase whoever swept it just didn't bother to bend down and look, spit on the bathroom mirror, stains on the shelf under the sink and hair on the toilet and shower, the lamps were incredibly dusty, the faucet in the kitchenette dripped, there was some what powdery residue all over the back of the door and stains all over the walls... just to name a few issues ... read more
Good location. Close to where I have family. The elevator wrecked of smoke. the advertised free breakfast consisted to coffee (decaffeinated not available)some apples some oranges and a couple of power bars. The miniature muffins were not fresh. Just wrap in plastic bags. All of these to be picked up standing up. No place to sit down.
Rude desk clerks I do not like the fact that you have to empty your own trash, can only get clean sheets once a week even though we have been there 7 days with a newborn. If u want clean towels or toilet paper you cant calll the front desk and ask for them you have to go down there and get them yourself. I have never stayed in a place that has you do it. Poor/bad place the room was disgusting, smelked stale. Bathroom and kitchenette were dirty. Staff not fruendly it responsive when we complained. Clientel of the hotel looked like lower income "placed" people who were lingering and smoking around outside edtablishment. Very noisy. We left early in am after a sleepless night wuthout showering as it was dirty. For $145 a nught i was disgusted and disappointed. Hotel also was 45 min from Salem not the 20 min as stated
Dirty carpet, incompetent clerk The clerk checked us into an occupied room. I opened the door with my keycard to an occupied room. The clerk apologized for his mistake. The carpet was stained and sticky. I woild pay more money and stay somewhere else. We paid $129 for a dirty room.
room was stuffy on arrival,,no kitchn supplys in room,fridge didn't work well,when kitchen were delivered half looked dirty.aan under cover drug raid took place on Thursday evening!!will not stay there again..

Sleep In an Ashtray The room I was in and the Hotel 3rd Floor Reeks of smoking. I requested a Non-Smoking Room and no one told me unavailable until I arrived at night. Left windows open, fan exhaust on and no improvement. Front desk apologized and said it is a common problem..... he tried to deordorize the room. Management feels that Extended Stay guests are smokers and decided to leave it at that. If you are not a smoker, avoid this hotel.
