extended stay Front desk clerk s very friendly. However, house keeper extremely rude. Kept banging on door prior to checking out. Made nasty comments when we said that we were waiting until check out.
Tewksbury Extended Stay America was deplorable. We arrived late and had no other option but to stay in this dirty, rundown hotel. We proceeded to check for bedbugs and we were afraid to touch anything. We had a 3 year old with us to whom all we said was "don't touch that!" We complained to the receptionist as soon as we got to our room after walking past a refrigerator in the hallway accompanied by a pile of dirty wet towels and what appeared to be dirty underwear. Not happy with this place Dirty, hair in the tub, wifi stunk unless you paid for upgrade. Very limited channel selection on TV. I'll sleep in my car before I go back to this one! Five nights I cannot relive, certainly not worth it!

It was disgusting
Dissappointed Have been staying in this Hotel whenever I am in the area. But this most recent stay was disappointing. I stayed on the 3rd Floor, 324, and room had several spiders, stayed for 4 days, but never had the cleaners and clean the room. This time they did not even provide vessels , spoons, glasses etc in the room. Never had to complain about this hotel from past 4 years , but this time was very disappointing.

Stay elsewhere The place was filthy, there were footprint stains on the carpet and there were hairs and lots of grung in the tub. There were bugs in the room as the window didn't have a screen on it and the other one was torn. Breakfast which was advertised wasn't a breakfast at all but a cart with sparsely stocked fast breakfast items-"grab and go" is what they called it. Overall it is on a par with any local Motel only not as clean and about $30 a night more.

worst experience The hallway was dirty and smelly. The front desk was overwhelmed with pple checking in and little help available. The only guy was trying to do his best while a co worker and manager just seemed to lounge around and eager to go home. A guest on a corporate account couldn't even be afforded a cart to transport his belongings. Simply pathetic state of the ground floor. Smelly and dirty near the stairways etc.
Worst place I ever stayed at was horrible bathroom dirty. Sheets dirty tv did not work properly was a bad experience never again will I stay there.
