will NEVER return while the staff was friendly, the condition of the hotel was deplorable. I would of checked out after day 1 but we needed to be near Lowell due to a conference & no other available options. we arrived with the check in person letting us know only smoking rooms were available. I requested non smoking since traveling w/ my family.my room smelled so bad we had to buy candles and Lysol plus open the windows. the bathroom toilet had leaked so we arrived w/water on the bathroom floor. the management was quick to ... read more

We are disappointed to hear that you did not have an enjoyable stay with us due to having being put into a smoking room as the hotel was sold out for the conference that was going on in town. I am sorry that you did not receive daily housekeeping service as I hope the front desk staff explained to you that housekeeping only happens every 7 nights or longer but fresh towels are available from the front desk staff. Free continental breakfast I have seen better breakfast selections from a Motel 6. What you see is what you get, coffee and package muffin.

Assigned smoking room and blamed using Hotels.com I reserved a no-smoking room. None was available upon check-in. They did not tell me that and put me into a smoking room. I later objected to the smell in a hotel-sponsored feedback survey. The general manager responded it was my fault for not calling the hotel directly to confirm they had the room type that hotels.com promised me.

Horrible Room smelled like smoke hair in the restroom burns on the bed sheets

unpleasant odor in room-incomplete repairs in room-dirty windows-stained mattress-really unpleasant odor in room -noise from laundry room-darkened room not light enhanced-really really bad odor in room

Not great Place for the Price I will not stay again. old and worn furniture, bed sucks. Put on 3rd floor and notice gap between the floor and elevator. Only one person at front desk that away from the it doing other things, So I had to wait to check-in and out.

If you have the option, stay somewhere else. Boston was essentially sold out so we booked a room in Tewksbury. We needed a place to sleep, and the hotel provided a roof over our head, a bed, and a shower.We booked a non-smoking room. It smelled worse than an ashtray. When we inquired about it at the front desk, we were given a bottle of febreeze to try to take care of it ourselves. If you're desperate and don't/can't sleep in your car, it will work, otherwise, definitely skip this hotel.
