Make sure you pay attention when u book. I booked it online, there was not a option for non-smoking/smoking so I assumed I was getting a non smoking room. Benounce to me I was wrong. Not a pleasurable experience.

I arrived at this hotel to find the front desk staff not present. I waited more than 5 minutes for someone to return. The lobby wasn't inviting and little messy and in need a good cleaning. I took the stairs up to my second floor room. There the stairwell was dirty and had trash on the floor. I took a different stairwell back out to the car and it also had trash on the floor. Took a smoking room as it was the only available , never again! Very disappointed in the coffee service, only creamer was coffee mate liquid original flavor sweetened or French Vanilla - yuk! Staff at the desk was more interested in texting and stayed "hidden" in the back rather than seated at the reception area. I felt like I was interrupting them rather than receiving service that I was paying for. Elevator floor was sticky - could use a good washing and fumigation.

clean me the room was fine, but it wasn't cleaned up hairs in bathtub and sink had a dirty dish rag in kitchen area

Smoke and smelled This hotel was understaffed, rooms smelled bad or like smoke. Reserved a non smoking room, but didn't get one for some reason and room stunk of cigarettes. Tried candles, Lysol, nothing worked. This hotel was terrible.

Overall we were not thrilled with this hotel. We stayed 3 nights for a family trip. I've stayed in many "extended stay" hotels and I understand being an "extended stay" hotel that we would not have housekeeping daily, but to get clean towels we were told that we had to bring our dirty towels down to the front desk and request clean ones. The kitchens in the rooms have nothing in them except the fridge and the microwave, if you need plates, cups, silverware, pots or pans you have to request a package be put together for you a... read more

Absolutely disgusting. This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.. And I have a lot of hotel nights every year. The front desk woman was the rudest, most unaccomodating person ever. Not only was she disinterested but never looked up to acknowledge I was there. The room was smoked filled about 85 degrees.. Which made the smell that much better. I don't think the toilet, sink and shower had been cleaned between guests. There was a steady stream of "hourly guests" in and out of my floor.....
