The staff, I have zero complaints. They were very friendly. However, the entire place smelled like cigarettes. The gym was also very dirty. My room, under the couch had not been cleaned in some time. I only noticed because I saw something poking out from underneath. My window didn’t open. Trying to air out the room when I got back to my room. Just to clear out the stale cigarette smell. Hotel was good , just one problem they need more staff at the front desk. Not much to eat around the area till to go to downtown area.

The room was large, clean and very comfortable.
The GM checked me in and was extremely nice. The room was great, love the separate seating area rather than just a bed and tv. BUT, guests were so loud (which i no they really cant control) doors slamming all hours, and two large dogs on my floor running down hall barking at one point. Maybe some more checking of the floors by staff would help.
