Ok for a night. We had no glasses in our room and our request was not fulfilled. The phone was not working and I had to call the front desk after having asked hours before for some glasses. They did arrive quickly then. Woman at desk was very friendly and upbeat. The only creMer for coffee in the morning was sweetened. What happened to fresh or at least real dairy products? Lose the fake stuff with funny flavors.

Great people with not enough resources. The people behind the desk were friendly and personable, but many items were out of stock (like covers for the coffee cups). They did their best, but there was little they could do. One of them eventually went next door to get covers, but then there was no one at the front desk.

Far better than anticipated Pleasant surpriised with overall quality of tthe room and the pleasantness of the staff. From a design perspective, having an all white kitchen in a warm woody residential environment did not work from a design perspective. Visually jarring and incompatible with rest of the interiors.

arrived pre cancellation time. The hotel requires a large security d/t thefts and damages by guests.We viewed the room which was dirty, couch broken and counters dirty and stained and cancelled and did not stay. The hotel has charged us which we are now fighting. Hotels.com of no help in assisting us.No way to contact them via email or phone.

Breakfast was not healthy and I would say more of a snack than a breakfast

Rooms were okay but the front desk was terrible. The same front desk guy was always there and he was not the nicest guy and looked miserable and bothered when we asked for anything. One out of the four nights there we had a false fire alarm late at night, everyone in the hotel was outside in their pj's in the cold only to be told an hour later it was a false alarm, meanwhile we were all frozen.
