Extremely dirty environment, with an unpleasant odor throughout the halls and lobby. The rooms were unkempt and grimy, with strange hairs, dust, and dirt on every surface practically, including the bathroom. There was a large, odd, brown stain, in the crumb-filled pull-out couch, and a shower curtain littered with pink mold. If I hadn't been on a budget or had my own Lysol wipes, I would have spun on my heels. When I got there, someone else was trying to check into his room. They told him they had overbooked and did not have a room for him. So, when I tried to check in, they told me the same thing. I don't think I will use Orbitz anymore to book hotel rooms.

The check took almost an hour and I was only the 5th person in line. It was well pass the check in time. Rooms were not ready. The room was clean but very outdated and in poor condition. The area was great and safe. Staff was friendly but overwhelmed and not good at communicating.

Breakfast is a joke. Does not even qualify as a snack. Check in was a nightmare; delays due to incompetence and broken equipment. The place is under renovation, so it is dusty, dirty and almost unsafe. The vending machine did not release my product, and the front desk would not take responsibility. Overall... never to stay there again!!!

Room was in disrepair. Bathroom door dried dirt on there. Went to get kitchen supplies, but they were filthy. No coffee makers available. The "breakfast" was not fit for human consumption processed snacks only suitable for children.
