Room was literally falling apart Lights not working properly stove broken. Wouldnt recommend until after renovations

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen! Advancement said breakfast. None. Bathtub had a dirty used bandage in it. Major structural problems being worked on and not told before hand. Outback was filthy with cigarette buts laying all over and undesirables blasting rap music. The room had a kitchen, but no pots, plates, silverware. I’m 100% disabled with a walker and a cane. The I was treated is totally unacceptable!

Bad experience I had a bad experience with this stay. I was in so much pain recovering from surgery and the room quality was so terrible. The assistant GM was so rude and I accommodating. The quality of the rooms were poor. Furniture broken, falling apart. The cleaner did not properly clean the rooms to get rid of mold and mildew in the sink which caused a serious odor in the room. Front desk was impersonal, rude and did not stop to listen to my concerns, room had oil spilled throughout the room, mold is present in multiple areas, countertops are coming undone, no usb/usc ports, bed is stiff. The front desk asked ME to clean up the oil spills

I had a very unpleasant checkin experience because Expedia overbooked my stay. As a result, I had to find another hotel without any warning.

Absolutely filthy! See pictures regarding carpet, couch, bedding, tables, dishwasher, tv, black mold and more. Washers/dryers gross and over priced. Booked through Expedia and they were helpful in trying to make things right. Extended Stay, nope! No help, no discount/refund/nothing. Tried to find another hotel the last night after seeing a mouse run across the hall right in front of me but couldn’t. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, which made the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely uncooperative when I raised my concerns. Basic hospitality and cleanliness were clearly lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest looking elsewhere for a more welcoming and hygienic stay.

My stay. The hotel didn't have any pots, pans or utensils. One of the burners, on a two burner stove, did not work. There was no shower curtain. I was very disappointed in what they advertised and what was delivered! We will never stay there again!
