An affordable place to stay. I stayed here for a business trip to Boston for a period of 2 weeks. Was clean, had Wifi and close to downtown Waltham.

a place to party Hotel is okay, but who they allow in the hotel is far from okay. Literally drug addicts and people tweaking everywhere. Alcohol bottles and cans all outside of the building. More of a place for partying.

I booked tonight at the 32 4th Avenue address, I decided to stay a second night in a third and booked it again on hotels.com. Unknowing there is another extended stay hotels 100 yards to its rear and I mistakenly books that room in the other Hotel I was told I had to vacate the first hotel and then was unable to register and going to my next room due to its not being clean and therefore not getting into the room now getting a chance to take a shower really not pleased with the service and how they handle that they just said ... read more
