Not as good expected This was my first time to stay in the hotel chain in the States. I stayed in Extended Stay Canada several years ago in Toronto and was very satisfied with it. This one is below my expectations. There was a kitchenette in the room, but equipped with literally nothing, not even a coffee maker. There is no bed set for sofa bed. Eh Found trash under the bed. No paper towels or utensils to cook with available. My husband found the bed uncomfortable. My daughter found the pull out couch uncomfortable as well.

Very basic The clerk was professional and polite but the place was very basic but the price reflects that (I guess?). Room was clean but very basic and no supplies in kitchenette.

The highlight is/was the staff. Very friendly, genuine smiles, and seemed to actually care. Not an easy task in the post Covid world. Negatives were largely associated with the property. No cutlery in the room or cooking pots/pans. No ice machine (????), cabinets were clean but bare and beat to heck. No dishwasher soap, no packets of dish soap, AC unit was very weak and loud. Pool filled in with concrete? Looked that way. Staff saves this property in my experience.

The breakfast was “ grab and go” a few snack bars , coffee tea or hot chocolate. I’ve had much better grab and go breakfasts. No coffee mugs in room so we couldn’t even make our own tea in evening.
