Not as advertised Although the property was clean, the room was not stocked with basic essentials such as cutlery, bowls/ plates, pots/ frying pan, etc... When we asked for these items at the front desk, there was barely anything to provide. In addition, we were expecting maid service once or twice over the 11 day period we were there. The room was not cleaned once nor was there clean linen providedpart way through the stay.
The service was great. The breakfast was wonderful and location perfect.

The Staff was knowledgable, friendly and helpfull!! Nitiya, Jose, Juan, Alan, Shannon just to name a few and last but not least Axia the manager of the property is extraordinarily professional, considerate, and effective at what she does...all of my questions and concerns were met with a prompt response that produced results to my satisfaction...Great Hotel and Staff

I've stayed in many extended stays however none compares to the level of professionalism and hospitality I've received particularly from the manager Axia and front desk staff Mumtaz...they have been absolute sweethearts who've ensured my stay here was comfortable and safe. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and certainly stay here again.

Breakfast was non existent no coffee no food not happy had to go somewhere to eat
