Dirtiest place I have EVER been. Hands down grossest place I’ve ever seen in my life, I left immediately and can’t get a refund bc I didn’t tell front desk, I had my one year old with me and was not going to let him hang out in this unsanitary place longer than he had too, I had to make immediate accommodations due to the poor conditions of this hotel and it’s a shame I had to be penalized for putting my family in front of a disgusting corporation. The sink and the tub did not drain, the GFCI outlet in the bathroom did not work. The handicap railing in the shower was falling out of the shower wall. There were stains on the desk chair. The floor was fairly dirty throughout the entire room. The tub faucet was malfunctioning. The light in the bathroom fan didn’t work. We got there late and there was no one at the front desk. You had to call to get someone and they did eventually show up. She was very friendly when she came out. The room itself was not very clean. The bathroom looked like it had just been wiped down and smelled like mold. When we pulled out the couch the mattress was so dirty. Ok I guess, if you're on a budget My son wanted to sleep in the car. Stains on the couch, bathroom door off a hinge, mold all over the wall and ceiling in the bathroom, bed and pillows were hard, bed had a broken dip in the middle, low water pressure, bugs crawling to what must have been a hole in the wall behind the cork board, dust buildup in the corners so not properly cleaned, full size fridge was clean though

The staff was great. Very helpful. But the hallways and front we're filthy. The room was ok, cleanliness. The hotel really needs an upgrade. The key machine wouldn't work when we got here but the front desk clerk made it work after awhile. She had to let us into our room though. They're was no breeding for the pull out sofa. We asked for assume and she was able to give us sheets and a blanket but no pillows. We finally got one the next day. This property is in horrible condition. The bed sheets were stained, the kitchen was filthy, the shower had mold. The entire facility smelled of cigarette smoke and mold.
