Natalia, at the front, kept telling us it would be several hours for a comforter and blankets. The room, as advertised. Was supposed to have a pullout couch for my daughter. Not only was it a regular couch, there were no linens for her. I called at 5 was told it would be hours, then again around 7:45. We gave up. Never got any linens. She also kept he on hold for 15 minutes when I called to try to get connected to my room citing “busy with guests” however I could clearly see the phone just off the hook while she was alone. You get what you pay for Pay the extra money for something that doesn’t smell like cigarettes. Where the front desk knows what customer service is. We didn’t even spend the night, just drove home bc it was so bad

Plumbing Is Shot !!! The plumbing in the bathroom was terrible!!! The tub would not drain while we showered! The sink would not drain at all. I guess because the toilet flushed we should have been happy. THE ROOM #323 should not be allowed to be rented unless plumbing is repaired.

The room smelled , not very clean

Room was dirty, smelt like cigarettes. Bathroom had hair balls all over the floor. Wash cloths had dust on them. Only one plastic cup was left at our bathroom sink, two wrappers were hidden underneath it. The room was definitely not thoroughly cleaned.
