This property is very dated. As soon as you walk in there is an odor. The elevator, hallways and the room smelled awful. It made me nauseous the entire stay. The bathroom was not clean, the kitchen dishwasher was falling apart. Everything was just gross.

Ugh. Staff was great - super nice and helpful. No complaints there! But! Hotel was gross. The other guests are just filthy with too many loud people in one room, generating food trash they leave in the hallway, smoking in their rooms. Loud children running in the halls. Cigarette butts in the laundry machines. And then ROACHES. When I notified and provided proof on a FRIDAY, I was told no one would be coming to “inspect” until TUESDAY. Was informed at checking in at 630 pm my room was canceled due to overbooked. There were many signs warning about not leaving valuables around and it was apparent there were many non-paying guests on the property. Upgrade to a Holiday Inn express and get the 2-3 star experience this place couldn't've provided based on the quality of the check in area.

The only thing I liked was the price. I guess you get what you pay for. I stayed 18 nights and I slept on the same bedding for 15 of those nights contrary to being told during check-in that I would be scheduled for housekeeping weekly. I finally requested a change in bedding, clean towels and bathroom cleaned. That took 3 days because first the housekeepers "have gone for the day" and then "a housekeeper called out". Staff was very nice at least, however every time you needed them they took multiple minutes to notice you at the desk even after being alerted. That was the best thing about it. Besides just being a grungy mess the carbon monoxide detector was chirping and needed the battery changed. Whole place smelled like rotten fish too.

Suite had no plates, silverware, coffeemaker - just poorly run - not worth the cost - facility being used for special services of some kind for state, I think - lots of trash and just below standard for price!

Suburban ghetto Worst hotel I ever stayed at. I booked it because it was a good value 5 years ago. Apparently it hasn't been cleaned since. The woman at the desk was friendly. That was the best part of the hotel. The kitchen area floor was actually sticky. The carpets were filthy. I tried to book somewhere else but its a holiday weekend. NEVER GO HERE. Trust me.
