Lack of proper communication with the hotel My reservation was canceled upon my arrival at the hotel because there were no rooms available after driving over 600 miles and I have to fetch another nearby hotel (Red Roof inn). So it was a terrible night.

I was charged twice. I paid on Hotels.com for two rooms, I got one room assigned to me and family because the Hotel was full. I was also charged on site even after paying on Hotels.com. This double billing appears on my credit card. I have launched a complaint with the credit card issuer. Hotels.com online support failed me as I wanted to submit my complaint.
