There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. The room was disgusting as was the entire property. Linens were missing for the pull out sofa. We checked out one day early due to the horrid conditions. Only good thing about this place was they refunded us for the night not spent there.

These hotels are the least expensive for a reason, but this time (I checked in around 430) the power went out in the early morning so for some reason I also had no hot water for a shower. The pool was nice- but for more than half the stay I didnt have power, no AC, no hot water, no lights. I also noticed none of the table tops or bathroom counters were wiped down, because there were unidentified "spills" I was trying to avoid. My husband and I stayed In Massachusetts and its was so nasty my husband and i both got bed bugs from there and we have welts from where the bugs feasted on us I could not believe my eyes the following morning of a nest of bed bugs that had formed under base board and carpet at the foot of the bed

Poor management Our room was changed to 326. There the water in the bath sink and tub drained very very slowly which suggests improper venting in the plumbing. Next was the iron. Apparently there was some substance on the iron and when I used it ruined my shirt. I reported both concerns. When I returned there was a slip indicating that the concerns were addressed. Business trip Room had not been cleaned except for linens. Furniture was even filthy - I put clean towels down on chair and sofa before sitting diwn!

I will not be staying here again. This hotel is not as it is advertised online. The room was horribly outdated and not clean. I found hair in the bed (which did not belong to me) and the floor/carpet was dirty. The TV did not work. The Wifi was horrible (I had to use my cell phone data for any online needs).
