Very dirty room. The hotel was booked to the max and they seemed under staffed. The room smelled terrible even after febreeze. The room was VERY Dirty. The pull out couch had dirt and debris on the mattress and underneath. There was dirt and debris under the fitted sheet

Floor was sticky. Bathroom door did not fully close. There was a huge clump of hair balled up in the middle of the room. I was only there for 1 night so I didn't really care but i was glad the bed looked clean at least.

This property needs a complete makeover. It seems like a hotel for dogs and cats. It’s gross.

I never got to check in and had to sleep in my car, because their where no rooms at any of their branches or any other hotel. As you can see I never checked in. I expect full reimbursement. Very upsetting end to my night. I don’t understand how I can have money taken from me and not be guaranteed a room.
