My first room was disgusting. Finger clippings and hair were on my bed. Trash is piled next to elevators on both second and third floors. I did request a room change, I won’t go back. Second room clean. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Not a hotel that should be on the site Immediately after checking in I checked out of the hotel. To begin with the hotel lobby, hallway, and elevator were messing and there was an odor. The lobby and hallway to my room had bags of trash lined up against the walls. The elevator and hallway to my room smelled like trash and dirty diapers. Avoid this property. MAJOR SECURITY ISSUE! 1: I forgot my key in my room when I had left for they day; when I return a person who I had not seen at the front desk just took my word that I was a guest and gave the correct room information - never asked for ID and gave me a key!!!! 2: the keys kept deactivating, very old school keys, but every time (5x) I went down to get my key reactivated not once did anyone ask for ID. The room floor and hall floor we filthy dirty, the staff said they did not have workers to clean, the rooms did not have pans, utensils, or coffee pot as advertised. Never will stay here again

The property is dirty, floors could only be walked on with shoes, no bare feet. The only one employee Christie was pleasant. The 3rd shift person sat in the break room socializing with a male person. When asked if the floors would be vacuumed and cleaned we were told talk to the manager. I would never recommend this place.

Don't Bother This place was so bad that we left after an hour. Girls at front desk were nice however the hotel is run down. The room smelled. Dog feces all over the back lawn and walkway. Big signs in the parking lot hotel is not liable for theft. We were traveling with our camper and we worried about a break in. I am not sure why Hotels.com has this hotel listed.
