Last minute booking when our other reservation was cancelled due to a hotel maintenance problem. This hotel was literally “hidden” behind another one. I was not the only one who went into the wrong hotel only to be told “drive around the building. It’s in the back. Happens all the time.” Needs better signage. Lobby and hallways had an unpleasant smell. Hairdryer was missing off the wall unit. Not enough pillows for two people in a queen sized bed and no spare in room. Hotel appears to be used for housing. We liked that there was a kitchenette and was close to the highway. We noticed a very strong, disagreeable odour in the lobby. Don't know what it was. Also, felt a little uncomfortable having to walk by residents who plant themselves near the front door, to hang out and smoke.

Dans l'annonce, il était indiqué que le déjeuner était inclus. Cependant, les déjeuner n'étaient pas disponible durant mon séjour. J'avais choisis cet hôtel spécialement parce que les déjeuner étaient inclus. J'ai dû débourser en moyenne $300/jour pour les déjeuner dans un restaurant.

Not happy It smelt like cat pee in the lobby. There was a bad smell in the elevator and the hallways. Our light in the bathroom was broken and in the sink when we arrived. The lights by the bed blew and the bed was noisey like paper and very uncomfortable. No one was around when I went to the desk to tell them about the lights. Checking out I couldn’t find anyone either.
