Room needs updating, seemed to be understaffed
The property was what I expected but not for the price. It was pricier. The room was not clean (crumbs on the floor from previous guest), no phone in the room (though the front desk told me how to contact them using room phone), light switch was broken. Although they make you sign that there shouldn't be smoking in the room, but, there was smell of pot being smoked previously.

Had a hard time getting a hold of staff

The location; about 1hr west of Boston was good, however the unit definitely needed an upgrade. Fridge was old, stained/rusty and the wifi was very patchy. Keys didn't work on first try; front desk clerk was distracted with personal phone call.

Late night partying outside by long term residents.
