Very pleasant stay Very clean, quite, relaxing. I would definitely consider it next time I need a hotel.
Good for the money This hotel was a good value for the money. The front desk staff was very polite and the room was clean, although the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. My only complaint was the mattress was very uncomfortable.
The room was disgusting. Multiple puddles of sticky fluids on the floor. Stains on the bed. I saw a mouse in the room and mice excrement in the corner of the room. The room was so dirty and gross to the point where I had to ask for a refund. I explained the situation to the staff member on duty and asked for a refund. He promised me a refund, but the manager refused to issue me one when I called several times. Staff members were extremely rude and hostile on the phone. Very poor facility conditions with bad odor. Bathroom counter had some brown spills that were wiped off. The hallway and room smelled of old cigarettes and pot. The hallway was loud with music and loud commotion coming from the other rooms. We ended up leaving as soon as we got there and am in the process of requesting my money back. staff was nice bed was clean but there were soooooo many little flies it was hard to use the kitchen area. even though the room was clean it felt dirty because of the flies

review This was not a hotel that you should i0ncl;ude in your listings as it looked like it also doubled as a homeless facility, the rooms and lobby were dingy and old and needed at least a new paint job and furnishings. If you are going to include places like this, you should let people know when you describe the place in your listing so people won't be surprised or feel misled. The person at the desk was responsive and did a good job. That was your best feature. everything else left a lot to be desired.
