Relaxing weekend The hotel was very clean. We had a king size suite and the room was huge, had a kitchenette with stove. The night staff didnt seem to thrilled to be there. But that was the only negative about our stay. They also have a nice outdoor lounge. Near a supermarket and resturants and shopping.

Disappointed We have stayed in other ESA and found them satisfactory. There is no housekeeping service and I think the price is too high considering that is not provided. Our reservation included our grandchildren who are 7 and 9. We arrived in the evening and they were to share a convertible couch. Not only had it not been made up as a bed. We had to go to the front desk to ask for linens which were not in the room. And again for pillows. In my opinion, that was unreasonable.

Only issue was the checkin process. Their front desk was having an issue with online reservations and had to call in each reservation to get checked in. Took 30 mins to get a room. Aside from that everything was fine. Clean room. Friendly staff

Nice hotel, near to shopping and Boston area Stayed over weekend to visit family and rest. Room was comfortable and roomy. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast not much to speak of, but you can cook in your room. Near to large shopping area, with plenty of restaurants and movie theater. Also close to Boston area - only about 20-30 mins away.
